Turn-around time, accuracy, and quality are the most important part of our customer service.  Pick-up and delivery services are turned around generally in two hours, within a five mile radius.  While-you-wait service is suggested on all large format black and white orders (under fifty prints and on all small format), color or black and white jobs (under 100 impressions).  Large format color prints take an average of 10 minutes per print.  Large format scanning can be very complex and for the best quality we suggest that you do not wait for your order.  An estimated time of completion will be provided to you upon presenting your large format color scanning order.

Accuracy is imperative to us and all jobs are double-checked.  To redo a job consumes twice the amount of time that it should have taken.  Quality and accuracy are a teamwork effort.  If we will not accept a job, then neither will our customers. Speed, accuracy and quality are not all.  Customer relations and service are vital to our reputation.  Professionalism, courtesy, respect, and a cheerful attitude will always be supplied at Boomerang!
